Working Through Postpartum Depression
WELCOME, MAMA
Becoming a mother can bring love, wonder, exhaustion, fear, grief, and uncertainty—sometimes all at once. If this season feels different from what you expected, you are not alone, and you have not failed
Postpartum depression can make it difficult to recognize yourself, connect with others, care for your needs, or believe that things can improve. These symptoms are not a measure of how much you love your baby or how capable you are as a mother. Postpartum depression is a health condition, and it is treatable.
This workbook offers a gentle place to notice what you are experiencing, identify what you need, challenge painful expectations, strengthen support, and practice small steps toward healing. You do not need to complete it perfectly—or all at once.
